Disclaimer

1. General Information

The information published on YouthPlug Opportunities (opportunities.youthplug.co.za) is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep opportunity listings accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the information on this website.

2. Opportunity Listings

Please note the following regarding opportunities listed on this site:

• Listings are compiled from publicly available sources, organisation websites, official notices and other channels.
• We are not the employer, training provider or bursary administrator for the opportunities listed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Closing dates, requirements and application processes are set by the organisations offering the opportunities. Always verify details on the official source before applying.
• Opportunities may be withdrawn, amended or filled without notice. An opportunity remaining visible on the closing date does not guarantee that applications are still being accepted.
• We do not guarantee that any application submitted will result in selection, employment or funding.

3. No Professional Advice

Content on this website does not constitute career advice, legal advice, financial advice or any other form of professional advice. You should seek independent advice appropriate to your circumstances before making decisions based on information found on this site.

4. External Links

Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties (including application portals, organisation websites and advertising partners). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or availability of external sites and accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

5. Applications and Third Parties

When you click an “Apply” link or follow application instructions, you leave our website and interact directly with the organisation offering the opportunity (or their designated application platform). YouthPlug Opportunities is not a party to any application, employment, training or funding relationship that may result. Any personal information you submit during an application is governed by the privacy policy of the receiving organisation, not by ours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouthPlug Opportunities and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, reliance on any information published on it, or any opportunity listed on it. This includes, without limitation, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other loss.

7. Scams and Fraud Awareness

We take care to list legitimate opportunities. However, scams exist in the recruitment and training space. Never pay money to “secure” an internship, learnership, bursary or job unless it is a clearly disclosed and legitimate fee from a recognised institution. Be cautious of unsolicited messages asking for personal banking details or payments. If something feels suspicious, verify it through official channels before proceeding.

8. Changes

We may update this Disclaimer at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
